Silent Salesperson is flexible

eMarket Assistant celebrates the diversity of the marketplace. Silent Salesperson works in a variety of advertising mediums, and we work with dealers daily to maximize our product effectiveness within existing ad campaigns and strategies.

We share success stories - some may challenge what others in the market are telling you.

Why does Silent Salesperson generate so many more leads?

Silent Salesperson is designed to give the customer more information than a normal ad - this engages the customer. We do so in a way that removes fear from the equation (automated), and this binds the customer to the product / process.

A normal ad will be about price or payment - retail or lease. With Silent Salesperson, a dealer can offer price, retail payment, and lease payment - or any mix, and you can do it by vehicle. One vehicle may be offered for lease or purchase, another may be offered only for purchase, and a third may be offered for a retail payment or purchase. The system is versatile and dynamic.

The variety of vehicles and payments draws consumers into the system, and encourages them to establish a pattern that creates a client profile for the dealer. Silent Salesperson doesn't just provide a lead, it provides vehicle(s) of interest, payment preferences, and contact opportunities.

Unlike web forms, Silent Salesperson captures the caller information without requiring the customer to produce it. There is no point of resistance for the customer.

For dealers with DMA compliance issues around price points that can be placed in the paper, Silent Salesperson allows you to circumvent the rule - a customer call to the Silent Salesperson system counts as a call to the dealership. You may quote any price you would quote over the phone (this has been true with every manufacturer to date, but you will need to go through the normal approval process with your franchise).

I only advertise online.

One dealer sold more than 30 Silent Salesperson vehicles a month with NO NEWSPAPER advertising.

Volume sales online with Silent Salesperson require that your website receive significant traffic. The dealer referred to received as many as 20,000 unique visitors a month. This is about 4 times the traffic most dealers tell us they receive.

If you have substantial traffic to your site, the process is simple:

  • Create a Silent Salesperson page for new vehicle specials
  • Create a Silent Salesperson page for used vehicle specials
  • Optionally, create an ad rotator advertising Silent Salesperson vehicles

Rather than placing a price on the page for these vehicles, place the 800 number assigned to you for web leads, and ensure that the last 6 digits of the VIN are easily visible.

A number of customers who visit your site will not want to complete the information request form. Many of those customers will choose to call the Silent Salesperson line for vehicle and payment informaiton. These are typically incremental leads that you are not capturing today.

Print Advertising: Dead or Alive?

Print may be dying, but it is far from dead (Read on for proof).

We began print work wih a metro Atlanta dealer who had not advertised in the paper in years. His ad program at the time was largely focused on radio. When he ran an aggressive tent sale ad, it only generated about 15 leads, but his 1st Silent Salesperson ad generated over 100 leads! The simple step of asking the customer to engage works magic.

The newspaper was so effective with Silent Salesperson, this dealer has advertised in the paper 2 to 4 weeks a month for more than 2 years. Here's a recent quote: "We can generate 50 to 100 leads (WITH A SINGLE PRINT AD) in one day with Silent Salesperson." Ads vary from 1/4 page to full page, black and white to 4 color - all generate substantial results.

It is important to understand that while newspaper circulation is down, most consumers are still picking up a paper when they are ready to buy a vehicle. If nothing else, they want a quick way to verify they have the best deal information before they head to the dealership.

Don't miss out on capturing lot leads!

We offer stickers to be placed on each car. The customer walking the lot when the dealership is closed can call in and hear price and payment information. These are incredible leads because you know they are interested in a car you have, and they've already been to your dealership!

Lot lead volume will vary by a number of factors - including whether you are open 7 days a week, how early you close, how safe customers feel walking the lot, and how many vehicles you provide Silent Salesperson pricing for. The leads can be substantial - this is an area where used vehicles excel.
